You have the option to initiate a return within 4 days of receiving your order.
Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
For eligibility, the item must remain in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is necessary.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tralabon.com, providing the order number, item name(s) for return, reason, and clear photos of the item. Please note, unsolicited returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Upon acceptance, we'll furnish you with the return address. Ensure items are packed in their original packaging and dispatched within 3 days from our confirmation email.
Once your return is received by us, the refund process will commence.
Refunds will be issued using the payment method selected during checkout.
Use a trackable delivery service at your expense for the return. Please ensure returns are sent with tracking as TraLaBon cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Upon receipt, promptly inspect your order. Contact us within 24 hours for defective, damaged, or incorrect items for us to address the issue.
